I didn’t receive notification that the item was received after I purchased it, when I reached out to seller I didn’t get a response for quite some time. Then when I did, I got response saying they were in a car accident and needed additional time. Okay, then there was additional delay no follow up. When I finally received it, it was in an envelope no letter just an earring backing and the tree etching is dull. I was disappointed. I understand if you had extenuating circumstances but communication would be nice.
